A space where the traditional producing sectors of the Alboran sea, its aquaculture, the cuisine that comes from it and the current environmental education come together. Our most renowned chefs will do show cooking and master classes that bring together tradition and modernity.
Great chefs from the current scene that are linked, through their cooking, to products from the sea, will be in charge of guiding us through a gastronomic journey of tradition and modernity where the main ingredient will be products from the Alboran Sea.
Chefs, food critics, food historians, scientists and nutritionists will take part in presentations and round tables where they can discuss the conclusions and possible solutions that align the kitchens of the future and represent the safeguarding of our coastline.
11 Michelin-starred chefs will be participating in this event, as well as the chefs from the Gastroarte group, and other prestigious chefs (fish and non fish) connected to the Alboran environment. Of the confirmed names, we have Mauricio Giovanini, Diego de Río, Xanti Elías, Diego Gallegos, José Álvarez, Yolanda García and Luis Olarra among others.
